The Ball Challenge

Find a tennis ball or another ball type shaped item like some rolled up socks or a ball of wool.

The Aim: Not to drop the ball! You must do each section 7 times before you can move onto the next. If you drop it, start again from the very beginning.

Throw the ball against a wall underarm and catch it in your right hand only.

Throw the ball against a wall underarm and catch it in your left hand only.

Throw the ball against a wall overarm and catch it in your right hand only.

Throw the ball against a wall overarm and catch it in your left hand only.

Throw the ball under your right leg from your right hand and catch it in your right hand only.

Throw the ball under your left leg from your left hand and catch it in your left hand only.

Bounce the ball from the floor to the wall and catch it in your right hand.

Bounce the ball from the floor to the wall and catch it in your left hand.

Bounce the ball from the floor to the wall, do a full 360 and catch it in your right hand.

Bounce the ball from the floor to the wall, do a full 360 and catch it in your left hand.
